Delivery & Returns
All deliveries require a signature:
- Standard Delivery £3.99. 3-5 working days.
- Next Day (UK only) £7.50. Orders placed before 12 noon are guaranteed next working day delivery. Next day does not include weekend delivery.
- Europe £10.00 up to 7 working days.
- Worldwide £15.00 up to 10 working days.
If you are purchasing items from our Born Lucky collection, the current lead time from order to dispatch is approximately 16 days.
If delivery is delayed by events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will make every effort to minimise the effect it has on you. You may cancel your order for a refund including delivery costs for any items you have not received.
Delivery will be completed when our courier attempts to deliver the items to you or a person identified by your delivery address or location. The items will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. Our courier may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the delivery address or location is considered to be unsafe.
If you wish to return any items, they must be received by us within 14 days of the dispatch date. We are not responsible for postage costs incurred when returning any items to us, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage to the items during transit. We therefore, strongly recommend that you use a secure tracked delivery method. All items must be returned in the original packaging (including gift box if applicable) and in a re-saleable condition meaning the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged, unworn, unmarked and unwashed. We reserve the right to reduce the amount due to be refunded (up to the value of the item) where the value of the item is diminished through your handling.
Refunds are processed if we are satisfied that our returns policy has been met. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items by us and can take up 14 days to appear in your account. You will be refunded using the same method of payment used when placing your order.
Faults and incorrect items received
We aim to ensure our items are of the highest quality and every care is taken during dispatch to ensure all orders are processed correctly. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. Faulty or incorrect items can be returned to us within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund including delivery costs.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a refund and place a new order. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
